2 Stories with Pool and Partial Gulf View! Sleeps 4

C-207 is located on the second floor of a Tahitian Style townhouse. It features a
fully-equipped kitchen, living room, half-bath, laundry room and screened porch on the
main level, with the guest bedrooms and 2 baths located upstairs.

The living room features a queen sleeper sofa, tv/vcr and cd stereo. It is decorated
in a boating motif. You can really relax in this room! The dining room seats 6
comfortably, and has terrific views of the pool and clubhouse.

The ceramic tiled kitchen features updated dishwasher, range, microwave and every-
thing the chef in your family might desire, right down to the spice rack.

The adjoining screened in porch (complete with ceiling fan), is furnished
with a table for outdoor dining so you can enjoy the pool & courtyard view.

Upstairs you will find the master bedroom and private tiled bath with a lovely
seashell motif. It features a king sized bed, white wicker reading chair, phone & tv.
It also has a private screened porch with white wicker furniture. This is a great
spot to start your day, or simply enjoy the evening breezes with a good book.

The Guest Bedroom features two twin beds and a whimsical fish motif. These beds
can be honeymooned into a King bed. This room is also accented with white
wicker furnishings, and has a remote TV and has its own private tiled bath.

The beach is a short stroll away via private access, adjacent to Bowman's Beach Park,
one of the best shelling beaches on the islands!
