The Atrium features 16 units, with outdoor
heated pool, tennis court, covered parking and elevator,
and is only 1.3 miles walking or biking distance from the heart of the island
restaurants, galleries, shops,
grocery, cinema and post office. Two complimentary bicycles (with removable
shopping baskets)
are provided for your use and enjoyment, along with a portable I-Pod compatible
boom box in the cabana.
Unit 203 is the only
rental unit with a private cabana!
A 2 week minimum stay is required at Atrium
Condominiums.
The living room features fabulous views of the Gulf of Mexico. A Sony TV, dvd
player,
and cd stereo with I-pod adapter are tucked away in the handcrafted Habersham
cabinetry.
The screened lanai overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and swimming pool. The
furnishings are
teak, and are a perfect place to curl up with a good book, a glass of wine, or
simply
watch the sunset.
The outdoor heated pool is a short walk from the private
downstairs Cabana. The Cabana features a private bath,
seating area, mini-refrigerator, air conditioning and beach chair storage.
The kitchen features custom Crystal Cabinetry, with roll out drawers and trays.
The dishwasher, compactor, double ovens and cooktop are Kitchen-Aid, while the
refrigerator is a Sub-Zero. Everything you need, down to the coffee grinder and
a juicer
can be found in this gourmet's delight of a kitchen.
The barstools are a luxurious leather and rattan. The dining table has a
beautiful view
of the Gulf of Mexico, and seats 6 comfortably.
The master bedroom features a King bed, en-suite bath and dressing area, and
access
to the screened lanai. Look over your toes or to the southeast to watch the
waves roll in.
A flat-panel tv and wi-fi access are setup in the master bedroom desk area.
Just off the master bedroom is a vanity and dressing area that provides access
to the
tumbled-marble shower and private bath. There is more than enough storage for
your
belongings in the Crystal Cabinetry built-ins or the closet.
The guest bedroom features two twin beds, complete with rattan headboards with
inlaid palm tree motif.
Leather luggage settees are at the foot of each bed, and palm tree lamps provide
extra light
after sundown. The view from the guest bedroom is of the pool, out toward the
Gulf of Mexico.
The den has a Queen sleeper sofa, comfy club chair, and an entertainment armoire
that has a 25-inch tv, dvd player and vcr. It's a wonderfully quiet spot
for an
unexpected visitor or little ones to take a rest.
The guest bedroom and den share the 2nd bath, which features tumbled
marble, faux-finished venetian plaster walls and Crystal Cabinetry vanity.
The laundry is located just between the guest bedroom and den,
and it features a
Maytag Neptune Washer and Dryer.
The Atrium features covered parking, elevator, outdoor heated
swimming pool, 2 bbq grills, tennis
court, 2 bicycles with removable baskets, and a private ground level Cabana with
bath for the
exclusive use of guests of Atrium 203. A short walk down the boardwalk
brings you to the
fabulous Gulf of Mexico with its sugar-sand beach.

garden views, ceramic tile, a mini refrigerator, air conditioning,
ceiling fan, private bath with shower, beach chairs and I-Pod compatible boom
box.
The cabana bath features a pedestal sink,
shower and toilet.

poolside barbecue and enjoy it in the privacy of your own cabana.
The Atrium also features on-site recycling, and has a private
trash chute.
