The Beach Access Home is a delightful 4
bedroom, 3.5 bath pool home on prestigious
West Gulf Drive. This beautifully decorated home is stumbling distance
from the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico beaches.
A quick ride upstairs via the private elevator, or a short walk up the stairs
brings you to the
living room. It features hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, entertainment center
with dvd/vcr
and a wet-bar. You enjoy beautiful views of the front yard from this room.
The dining room is adjacent to the living room, and is near to the kitchen. The
Plantation
inspired dining room seats 8- 10 comfortably. The Master Bedroom
and a Guest bedroom are located to the right of the dining table.
The wet bar is "around the corner from the kitchen, and features everything
you would need to host a party in style! A half-bath is just off of the
kitchen and living
room area. This half-bath shares space with the fully-equipped laundry room as
well.
The eat-in kitchen overlooks the swimming pool and screened veranda. With top of
the line
cookware, and every accoutrement imaginable, this kitchen is a gourmet's
delight.
The Master Bedroom features a King bed, club chair, and 2 side chairs, along
with an en-suite
bath. The water closet and shower are separate from the dressing area.
The junior Master Suite features a Queen bed and bath,
and has views overlooking the pool.
The third bedroom features a double bed, has views
looking out to the lush front yard.
The bath is shared with the 3rd and 4th bedrooms.
The 4th bedroom 2 Twin beds, and enjoys views of the backyard and veranda.
The screened veranda overlooks the outdoor heated swimming pool.
The heated pool has floats and toys galore, and a 6 person Jacuzzi is mere steps
away.
Beach Access features a separate downstairs office, with full kitchen, dining
area, workout
treadmill and Steam Sauna.
The Steam Sauna/bath is a perfect place to unwind after a workout on the
Treadmill.
The elevator can transport your luggage, groceries or what have you with
ease between the upstairs and downstairs kitchens.
The beach access is directly across the street from the house, and leads you to
one of the
most gorgeous sunset and shelling beaches on the islands!
