conditioning,
and ceiling fans throughout.

for those who enjoy being
a short walk or bike ride to our beautiful sandy Gulf of Mexico beaches and the
Sanibel
Lighthouse. This lovely home is zoned for minimum 28-day rentals.
The outdoor lanai is perfect for eating out - the patio table and chairs are
located under
a covered area, just outside the master bedroom and kitchen. Fish for your
dinner
right off of the seawall of the house!
The living room and dining room feature carpet throughout, and are located off
of the
kitchen and main entry. Bahama shutters filter outside light and afford
privacy.
A queen sleeper sofa is available for your use.
The guest bedroom is located behind the sofa, while the master
bedroom is located to
the right of the dining room table as shown above.
The fully-equipped kitchen has ceramic tile and sliding doors leading out
to the covered outdoor dining area, and a pass-through window.
The master bedroom features a queen bed and private bath with shower. Sliding
doors lead
out to the covered lanai and pool area.
The guest bedroom features two twin beds and has a separate
bath with tub/shower.
