Get away in this cozy condo, outfitted with everything you need to make your stay perfect. Donax Village #15 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath duplex with a loft that overlooks the lush tropical grounds, pool and tennis court of this quiet, near beach complex.

The living room and dining room are perfect for entertaining. Sliding glass doors open up to the screened lanai, which has a seating area that overlooks the grounds. The living room features a Smart TV and seating area that is perfect for entertaining, while the dining room table seats 4 comfortably.

Just off of the dining area is a little den with a sofa, and above that, is a staircase that leads to the loft. The loft is a perfect, quiet, seldom-used hideaway spot that is perfect for reading.

The fully-equipped kitchen features a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and small pantry. The laundry room with a full-sized washer/dryer and laundry sink is just across the hall from the kitchen.

The Primary bedroom features a King bed, small walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with a single vanity and shower, while the guest bedroom features two twin beds. An additional guest bath with a single vanity and tub/shower combination is adjacent to the twin bedroom.

The outdoor heated pool is just steps away from the screened lanai, along with the bbq grill area and tennis courts.

The Gulf of Mexico beaches are a short walk away, via a public beach access. The Sanibel Club is also a short bicycle ride or walk away, with its Par 72 course that is open to the public.

Donax Village is zoned by the City of Sanibel for minimum 28-night rentals, No Exceptions.
