Gulfside Place is one of the more luxurious condominium communities on the east end of the island, just off Middle Gulf Drive. There are two low-rise buildings on 17 acres of lush tropical landscaping directly on 1,200 feet of beach.

There are 84 spacious units, split into an east and west side (42 units per side), with each having its own Olympic sized lap pool, sauna, grills and more. The property is quiet and serene.

The amenities for each building include a heated pool, sauna, lighted tennis/pickleball courts, shuffleboard, bbq grills and covered parking.

There is a fitness room in the clubhouse, complete with weight machines, treadmills, free weights, stability balls, rowing machine and more. In addition, there is a beautifully furnished community room, kitchen and on-site manager's office at the clubhouse.
