Loggerhead Cay 143 - Now Accepting Reservations
We are accepting reservations for #143 beginning March 16, 2024, pending approval from the Condominium Association and City Permitting Officials.
Located on the 3rd floor, Loggerhead Cay #143 is the 3rd unit from the water, and it features 2 bedroom, 2 baths and a gulf view that will be sure to put you in vacation mode as soon as you settle in.
In addition to the expansive view of the Gulf of Mexico, you can easily see the grand lawn and the outdoor heated swimming pool below.
Loggerhead Cay #143 is beautifully decorated, and you will enjoy a feeling of serenity as you gaze out at the Gulf of Mexico from the comfort of your home away from home.
The living room seats 6 - 7 comfortably, with a soft taupe cabana stripe queen sleeper sofa, a loveseat, 2 cream colored leather rocker/glider/recliner chairs that are perfect for people of all shapes and sizes. A 55" Smart TV is at the ready, should you want to check the local weather and tides before heading out to the beach. The dining room seats 6 comfortably, and it is between the kitchen and living room area.
The fully-equipped kitchen features quartz countertops, custom cabinetry that includes a spacious pantry, a coffee bar with Keurig and drip coffeemakers, gunmetal stainless appliances - and a beautiful gulf view. A washer and dryer are also near to the kitchen, and detergent is provided for you.
The serene Primary bedroom features a King bed with sliding doors leading to the screened balcony. It also features a built-in custom vanity with a backlit LED mirror, as well as a Smart TV mounted above it.
The en-suite Primary bathroom features a soaking tub with shower, a spacious quartz topped single vanity with gorgeous seashell hardware, and a spacious closet.
The guest bedroom has a Queen bed and a Twin bed, a flat panel tv, plenty of closet space, and an adjacent 3-piece bath with a walk-in shower.
For privacy, the condo features a combination of plantation shutters and Hunter Douglas one touch blinds throughout. In addition, beach chairs and beach towels are provided for your use.
Loggerhead Cay features an outdoor heated swimming pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard and a bbq area. Elevators are available throughout the buildings for your convenience. You can stop by the main office and print your boarding passes out as well. Easy!
Loggerhead Cay 143 is professionally managed by Cottages to Castles of Sanibel & Captiva. Since 1997, they've been making sure that each stay is a memorable one.
PLEASE NOTE: LOGGERHEAD CAY IS A SMOKE-FREE ENVIRONMENT. THERE IS NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE CONDOS, ON PATIOS AND ALL COMMON AREAS OF THE PROPERTY.

We Had a Wonderful Vacation!

Thank you so much for sharing your Sanibel home with us. Love the cheery colors – and the view!!! We have been coming to Sanibel for 37 years – and all but one stay have been at Loggerhead. We had a wonderful vacation! Our daughter and husband (married in September) were engaged at the Mad Hatter two years ago so, of course, we had to dine there. They came down for one week – we all enjoyed the beach – lots of walks – and deciding where to go to dinner each day! Hope to be back again!

The Perfect Beachfront Place

It is certainly and interesting year, but having this condo as a peaceful oasis was fantastic. Work breaks to stare at the ocean view were a must and we generally had good weather. Beautifully Decorated – Extremely Clean

Stayed with a family of four. Two adults and two teens. The condo was as advertised, beautifully decorated.Great location with easy walk to on property beach. The unit was extremely clean and with great amenities. Plenty of room and a beautiful view of the the gulf from the living room and lanai. Easy three minute walk to the on property beach. Really Nice Place

The unit was really nice. Nice view too. Checkin process was a little inconvenient as you have to drive to the office (several miles away) to check in and out. And only key access even though the door has keypads. But not a deal breaker for the lovely place.

This condo is finished beautifully with a beach theme. Absolutely clean and brand new. State of the art appliances. Location in complex gives great beach views. Just perfect. Great location on island. Complex pool is great. Beach is fabulous. Had a wonderful two-week vacation. Will definitely be back. Had booked for one week and decided to stay an additional week, as Covid-19 was unfolding during our stay. We were still able to enjoy the beach, do some bike riding and eat take-out. Everything in the condo was brand new! From the cabinets to the furniture. Great size for the price and perfect location. Our family of 6 loved it (4 little ones). Property management was great as well, easy check in, arranged a high chair for us, 1st class service.

Wonderful Memories Made

The beautiful condo and this island getaway was exactly what my family and I needed! While here this week we saw starfish, sand dollars, stingrays, sea urchins, turtles, alligators and more. 2nd Time Enjoying Your Condo

This is our 2nd time enjoying your condo – thank you for keeping it so nice! This was supposed to be a whole family vacation with 12 of us renting 3 condos here at Loggerhead, but Covid dictated otherwise. My husband and I and our 2 children (23 & 27) were the holdouts…so glad we did not cancel. Had a wonderful 2 weeks here with Tropical Storm Cristobal only trying to dampen our spirits – but it didn’t work! Sanibel does that to you! We’ll see you next year!
