Papa's Place - Returning Summer 2024!

If you're dreaming of boating or fishing the Gulf of Mexico, here's the house for you. And since it's on beautiful Sanibel Island, you'll also enjoy relaxing days at the beach during your extended stay.

Papa's Place is located in the Shell Harbor neighborhood, near the causeway entrance to Sanibel Island. With direct access to the Gulf of Mexico, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath pool home is ideal for avid boaters and those who like to fish.

Papa's Place sustained water damage from Hurricane Ian and it is currently being renovated.

If you like to paddleboard or kayak you can explore the serene Shell Harbor canals or venture out to the gulf. The dock and seawall are perfect for fishing, dolphin watching and enjoying the colors of sunrise and sunset.

The formal living room, family room and kitchen have a view of the pool and waterway.

The fully-equipped kitchen has a view of the pool and waterways.

The Primary bedroom has a King Bed, Smart TV, en-suite bath with shower, along and spacious closets. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house and share a guest bathroom that has a single vanity and shower.

The pool has electric heat, making it comfortable for year-round swimming. There is a propane bbq grill in the back garden as well.

Shell Harbor has its own private beach access that is a short distance by bicycle or car. A complimentary parking permit is provided for your use.

Wifi is provided. A full-size washer dryer is located in the garage.

Papa's Place is professionally managed by Cottages to Castles of Sanibel & Captiva. Since 1997, they've been making sure that each stay is a memorable one.

This home is zoned by the City of Sanibel for minimum 28-night rental. No Exceptions.

Use of Boat Docks and Boat Lifts: Not all boat docks and boat lifts are for tenant use. Please specify at time of reservation if a boat dock or lift is needed for use at the property in which you are renting. There is a fee for use of a boat dock and/or lift at the designated property. A signed damage waiver is required.
