We actively solicit and procure guests that would like a Cottages to Castles property to be their home away from home for a week, a month, a season, or for an annual getaway.

Where the privacy of a special guest is concerned, we provide our services quietly, expeditiously and with no publicity.

We limit our inventory. We like being a smaller agency that can offer personalized service. We know who you are, who is in your property, and why they like being there.

You will not get lost in a sea of like-kind properties. Bookings are not “averaged out” between properties so that each owner has the same rental statistics. A diversified inventory serves a broader clientele.

We are focused on marketing top quality vacation rentals and are not involved in property sales, annual rentals, or condominium association management. We have been featured in the New York Times, In Style and Martha Stewart Living Magazine, and on HGTV’s Dream Vacation Homes and the Vacation Rental For Free series.

We work closely with Visit Florida, the Sanibel Captiva Chamber of Commerce, the Lee County Visitor Convention Bureau, the Sanibel Captiva Vacation Rental Managers Association (SCVRMA) and can be found on various vacation rental internet platforms.

In addition to advertising in the various print mediums, on Social Media and elsewhere on the internet, C2C actively solicits guests by offering competitive Book Direct and Save rates that Online Travel Agencies and rental platforms cannot offer.

We also actively participate in and sponsor community events that generate positive publicity.

It’s the little things that keep guests coming back…and command a higher rental rate. A nice decor is only part of the presentation. Believe it or not the most-raved about inventories typically boast such incredibly simple things as Tupperware containers (!), beach towels/chairs, board games, reading books, an ice bucket, a platter and roasting pan for a holiday dinner, a hair dryer, a wireless tv or an Apple TV, an inexpensive sound system, and WIFI….sounds like your own home, doesn’t it?

A vacation rental should be your home away from home. It doesn’t have to be outfitted expensively, but it should be well appointed. Have you ever heard a guest complain that a unit had too much of something? In this fast-paced world, customer loyalty is fickle.

We recognize the importance of being service-oriented, not only to our guests, but to you, our Owner. It is our philosophy that a well-maintained unit rents better, longer, and for more money.

In addition, you can expect more if you inspect more. Your unit will be inventoried annually, free of charge.

Every property is a potential high performer. Some just need a little help along the way…We will do your shopping for you! This includes upgrading your unit, overseeing renovations, maintenance and repairs. We will purchase items you request on our time and bill your owner account; or, we will deliver and set up items you send to our office for your unit.

In addition, don’t work hard, work smart. We will arrange for and deliver welcome amenities for your guests, groceries, luggage, airport transportation, restaurant reservations and nanny services upon request.
