Lovely condo with pool and walkway to beach. We especially liked sitting on the screened lanai in the evening to watch the thunderstorms. Condo has nicely updated bathrooms. Plenty of space for 3-4 people.

This is our third rental in this Sanibel Bayous neighborhood and the first using Cottages to Castles. This home and furnishing have been well thought out and has everything you can want/need for your stay. All updated appliances and cookware, plenty of beach chairs, floats, etc. If anything the description from the websites do not do it justice. It is very well kept, clean, and clearly labeled. The owner has done a great job to make sure all electronics are easy to set up. We had our family of four and two small dogs, there was plenty of space for everyone. The best feature of this house is its proximity to Bowman’s Beach. It has its own pathways to the beach that is an easy walk or even better if you bring or rent your own bikes. If you turn right after the bridge, you can bike down another ten minutes and literally have your own private beach. The community pool is only steps from the back patio. It was great to cool down and relax at the end of the day. In our entire month in the house, we did not see another person using the pool. They have fully enclosed the back patio making it a fully air conditioned Florida room where most of our time was spent. Plenty of board games and books available. The downstairs game room (a little hot in July though) was fun and used in the late evenings. They also have another full size refrigerator downstairs which was great for all your drinks and ice. We have gotten to know a few of the neighbors during our past visits, they are warm and welcoming. It is a quiet neighborhood and I’m sure they want to keep it that way. Cottages to Castles were attentive, and professional in their correspondence. I was a little hesitant with their no credit card policy but their attention to details and communication made up for it. A few hiccups but nothing that would affect our thoughts on the house and location. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Will hopefully visit Blue Pelican again!

This is a great property with beautiful views steps away from the beach. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication was wonderful before our arrival, during, and at check out.

This place was very cozy and right there on the beach. I would recommend anyone to stay here. The beds were very comfy.

The unit is very clean. The bathrooms have recently been redone and are very nice. The dual vanity in the master is great. The linens and towels were clean and there were extras as needed. The kitchen is well stocked. We tend to cook a lot on our vacations and had everything we needed for food prep and cooking. The complex was very quiet while we were there. There are renovations happening in the unit next door but the workers never started early and any disruptions were minimal. Communication with the manager (Sharon) was prompt and detailed. The pool was always clean and the walk to the beach is only a minute or two. There are beach chairs, a wagon, and beach towels. What a nice touch. I mentioned a couple of maintenance issues when we checked out and was assured that they would be dealt with promptly. We’ve rented a lot of vacation condos in the last 10 years and this is the nicest one we’ve stayed at.

322 was as advertised. Everything you need for a beach trip was provided. Decent view from the lanai room the water without actually being on the water. Unit was very clean and beds comfortable. Close to everything including the causeway. Saw Manatee and dolphin several times from the Mariner Point pier. Look forward to possibly renting again next year.

What a great condo. We loved the decor and we had everything we needed to get us through our time. The view was spectacular and the condo felt like home. Thanks to the owners for providing a great place to stay and to Sharon and staff at Cottages to Castles for handling the details. See you next year!

This condo has amazing views. You can sit at the dining room table and see the beach/ocean (and see from the couches and master). The couches and chair are super comfortable. The condo was extremely clean when we arrived. The kitchen has everything you need to cook anything! There was a cooler in the closet to take to the beach. On the screened in lanai there were four beach chairs and a really nice umbrella. Someone had also left behind some noodles for us to enjoy! We left behind a boogie board for others to enjoy. ???? The bathrooms are updated and nice. Having a washer and dryer is so nice! We got a little hot sleeping at night as there are no ceiling fans in the condo. The thermostat is set at 72 and you cannot go below that temp. We found it comfortable except for a few nights. A ceiling fan would have made this a non-issue. We loved not having to worry about a key and the parking spot is directly across from the stairs–very convenient. There is also an elevator if needed. It takes minutes to walk to the gorgeous beach. The pool is also close and nice. The grounds are well taken care of and beautiful. Overall we would highly recommend this condo. Sharon was wonderful and we appreciated the newspapers, coupons, and all the welcome info. Make sure you go eat at Doc Ford’s and eat the Yucatan shrimp–it’s AMAZING and Gramma Dot’s (super close by) for their famous coconut shrimp. We cannot wait to go back!

We loved our stay! The location was great – it was nice and quiet with beautiful views of the landscaping and the ocean. The condo itself was decorated very nice and cozy. The beds were comfy which is hard to find. Loved how organized everything was – there were labels for all the light switches plus in the cabinets for the dishes !! Lots of attention to detail and thought into making the stay perfect. Also providing beach towels and chairs was a great plus!!!

Our stay at the Island Beach Club was everything we were looking for for our family beach week. The property is well kept, in close proximity to the pool and is a quick walk to the beach. The beach is private and peaceful, and our tiny humans had the best time. The property had everything we needed for the pool or beach as well. We look forward to another trip to Sanibel soon!

This was our first time visiting Sanibel and our condo was perfect for us. Wonderfully decorated and equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The team at Cottages to Castles were very professional and our experience from arrival to check-out couldn’t have been better. We will certainly visit Sanibel again.

Great condo and quick walk to the beach.

Our family of 5 and our small dog stayed in this beautiful condo for a week and did not want to leave. Sanibel Island is absolutely amazing. We loved this property and the condo. Everything was clean upon arrival and Cottages to Castles was a breeze to work with. I definitely recommend this condo and Cottages to Castles!! Thank you for our wonderful family beach vacation!! Cannot wait to come back in the future!!

We had the absolute best time at our stay in Sanibel. This condo had everything we needed and more. The views were amazing and the short walk on the boardwalk to the private beach was perfect. We will be staying here again!!

Cottages to Castles does a great job communicating everything you’ll need for your stay. The pics online are accurate. What you see is what you get. Great views from the lanai. Easy access to a beautiful beach. It’s great for swimming and shelling. This is a perfect location. The place was very clean but could use a freshening. Other than that we had a great experience. Would stay at the same place again.

Tarpon Beach 203 was exactly what we were looking for in a short getaway! The condo was neat, clean and everything in perfect order. Carport parking was an added bonus. Hope to return in the future. Thanks for your hospitality!

Beautiful setting on the Gulf. We stayed here with friends and enjoyed coffee on the lanai, shelling on the beach, and the proximity to the biking/walking trail.

The condo was great and was in an excellent location!

Great condo in the perfect location on Sanibel. Easy to get everywhere close to the beach. The condo had everything we needed and the online materials ahead of time or spot on. We had one communication with the property manager and they were incredibly responsive. We’ve stayed at Loggerhead Cay multiple times and this was our favorite condo not only in location but also decor.

Sanibel is such a wonderful place to relax and this complex puts you on one of the best stretches of beach, while allowing you to walk or bike to nearby trails, shops, restaurants and grocery. We rented bikes for the week and even biked up to Captiva one day! Simple but clean accommodations make this an easy recommendation.

We have friends in Island Beach Club so we were thrilled to be in the same plan. The unit was in a great location and well appointed. Looking forward to returning next year.

We had a wonderful time at Tarpon Beach 203! Great location and the condo was nice and comfortable.

This was our first time renting and wasn’t sure what to expect, but it was a pleasant experience. While this condo is not right on the beach, it does have a nice view from the lanai. It appears the condo development is well kept up. The pool is heated and had enough chairs if you wanted a different place to relax than the beach. The management company was excellent and answered all of my questions. They were very easy to get ahold of if needed. While the condo on the surface was clean, a few of the area rugs needed to be washed. The kitchen had everything we needed when we chose to eat in. Because of how the A/C is installed on the roof, you are not allowed to adjust the temperature under 72 degrees. While this temperature was fine for the main rooms, the bedrooms did get a little warm at night. The condo is also dog friendly which was nice for us to have our small dog with us. Beach chairs were provided as well. I would recommend this condo if you want a relaxing getaway.

This condo unit is clean and bright. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. The view is fantastic and you can hear the surf from the master bedroom.

Beautiful, clean VERY quiet condo on the beach. Kitchen had everything you need for regular cooking. Pool was nice and chairs are always available. My only suggestion is they need to upgrade the cable. We didn’t watch much tv at all (news and a game or 2 at night) and having non HD and a super small tv in the bedroom was frustrating. Other than that, it was great!

Easy to feel at home in this lovely condo. Quiet, corner unit — walk to the beach in a minute or two. I loved cooking in the kitchen (which was well-stocked with matching plates, bowls, and glassware) and eating breakfast on the lanai. Friendly, helpful staff took care of 2 minor issues right away.

We have stayed at Loggerhead Cay before and really like the overall property and its location. This particular condo is well situated between the pool and the beach, with very lovely views. Linens, furniture, beach accessories all very good. We had one maintenance issue with the dishwasher and the rental agency sent a person within hours. They also went above and beyond to help coordinate a grocery delivery in advance so there would be food in the condo when we arrived, which was on Christmas Day when much of the island and all of the stores are (appropriately) closed. We are so thankful for our chance to close out our year, in the beautiful paradise that is Sanibel!

This condo is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and ideally located. With the elevator right at the parking space, it is easy to move in. With a fully stocked beach closet with chairs, umbrellas, and other beach/pool items, we were able to enjoy the beach immediately upon arrival. We spent a lot of time on the lanai and enjoyed the views, the breeze, and the sunsets. We are looking forward to booking again!

Our 3 generation family group enjoyed this Sanibel condo! We found lots to explore and do all week; the pool was an especially popular spot for the preschoolers. We were comfortable in the unit but did experience a couple problems with HVAC controls and TV functions. Both were handled easily & promptly by text (after business hours) with Cottages to Castles management. All in all: Super!

We had a wonderful vacation! Our daughter and husband (married in September) were engaged at the Mad Hatter two years ago so, of course, we had to dine there. They came down for one week – we all enjoyed the beach – lots of walks – and deciding where to go to dinner each day! Hope to be back again!

We had a wonderful time in your condo – we are now spoiled! Our trip to Sanibel included an alligator, manatee, jellyfish, baby turtles and more! Our view of the beach and trips to the beach were fantastic! PS We loved the decor!

It is certainly and interesting year, but having this condo as a peaceful oasis was fantastic. Work breaks to stare at the ocean view were a must and we generally had good weather. Just being able to get outside in warm weather has been amazing! The newly re-modeled place was also fantastic. The perfect beachfront place. Can’t wait to return in 2021!

I so enjoyed coming back to Paradise after being away for 3 years. My husband and I owned a condo in Sanibel for 25 years and spent much time escaping the winters in CT. Unfortunately my husband passed and I sold our place and haven’t returned since 2018. My children and grandkids came with me for the first week and friends second week. So enjoyed staying at your condo and sitting every morning with the great view. Back to Paradise did my heart good and I will definitely be back soon. Thanks for the rental. Your place is lovely!

Better than we could have imagined. From planning to leaving, everything went smoothly. Gorgeous condo, awesome view, quiet and peaceful.

Miles Away is a truly lovely home! It is simply one of the best properties I’ve stayed in! The home was spacious and well-organized, and it made working remotely and vacationing a breeze! The kitchen was supplied with everything you could need, from plates and silverware to a mixer and roasting pan! I was able to cook all my meals (even though I would certainly get more meals from Paper Fig next time I visit!) easily, and never had to go, Oh gosh, I wish there were a ___ in the kitchen! And I know this sounds silly, but it was so nice that the knives were SHARP! I even noted which brand they were so I could get some for my home kitchen! I also appreciated that there were ample cleaning supplies in the rental, which made keeping it sparkling clean so easy! A quick sweep or vacuum once a day and the house was good to go! As well, there were lots of linens and blankets so you could wash one set while putting fresh linens on the bed. A nice touch! The neighborhood was very friendly, and it was a quick bike down to my preferred beach location, and a short ride to Bailey’s to grab the morning paper and the to-die-for pecan rolls. I have to admit, I didn’t do many activities on the island, but that was my whole reason for visiting – I wanted a month of quiet and time to stroll on the beach, shell to my heart’s delight (and the shelling was fabulous!), and read, relax and recuperate after the past year. And Miles Away made me feel just that – Miles Away! I traveled with my pup to Florida, and Miles Away was a perfect home for us. It was so easy to clean and make sure that my pup was comfortable and enjoying his time, too. My only recommendation to pet owners is to be cautious on the island! This has zero impact on how much I loved Miles Away, but do be aware it’s in a nature preserve and there is living, thriving nature all around! This is one of the reasons I chose to stay here – I loved seeing all of the birds, turtles, and various wildlife, and I spotted a few species I’d never encountered before. The birding, as other have noted about Sanibel, is fabulous, and it’s right outside your door! But I was extra careful with our pup since I encountered coyotes about a tenth of a mile away, and pedaled VERY quickly after an 8-foot alligator crossed my path on my way to Bailey’s. So keep an eye out for the natives and keep your pup on a leash! In short, it was a perfectly lovely trip, and I can’t wait to visit again!

Overall it was a great time and decent place. Location was awesome and a quite neighborhood with pleasant guests/tenants. There were also some beach toys, chairs, etc although you could tell they were well used. The bathrooms and kitchen were nice and mostly updated. Overall good experience. My kids had a blast.

We stay at Sundial every summer for our family reunion. We have 9 families that rent condos there to get together from several states. This condo was very clean and nicely furnished. We eat out most of the week so I’m not sure how well equipped the kitchen is for cooking big meals but it was very adequate for the amount of cooking that we did.

The rental property is about a 2 minute walk from your door to the beach. The unit was clean and well furnished. Towels were plentiful as well as kitchen supplies. There are both regular and Keurig coffee pots. The AC is very cold in the main living areas but not quite so much in the Master suite. The pool was very nice and not crowded at all. The beach supplies were adequate. We would certainly stay here again.

The property is kind of back and away but still with easy access to all the island has to offer. It was a very quiet and relaxing stay. The shelling was incredible.

First impression was that this building was constructed to withstand some serious high winds and heavy rainfall. And during the week Hurricane Elsa developed and gave us a taste of the impact from a Cat 1 hurricane but we felt totally safe and secure in our lodging as we watched the system pass through out in the Gulf of Mexico. We were a party of five, four adults and one youth, and had ample room to spread out and enjoy our stay. The kitchen wasn’t huge but adequate for the few meals we actually prepared during our weeklong stay which were mostly breakfasts and a couple of suppers. Other than that, the island is filled with a variety of restaurants to meet almost any taste for good home cooked meals. The beach is a short walk from the condo; about the length of a football field but on a well maintained pathway. We had a great time and are already making plans to return to the same spot next year, if it is still available.

Our accommodations were most of all, clean! So important these days! It was quite spacious with plenty of room to spread out if needed. Nice view of pool and waterfront from both balconies. Great shower! Plenty of towels, pillows, linens to use. Love that there was a washer and dryer so we didn’t have to go home with bags of dirty laundry! Pool was so refreshing!

This was our first time visiting the Island and we were not disappointed! Beautiful condo with an even better view and location. Will definitely be back!

Family friendly condo with good size pool (deep end 8’) and steps away from beach. Easy to enjoy the beach and pool with family. There is assigned parking which is a great perk after any outing from dining or excursions.

We really enjoyed our stay in Sanibel and at this Tarpon Beach unit! This was our 2nd time visiting Sanibel, and we chose to stay at Tarpon Beach again (but in a different unit) because we love the location, proximity to the beach and pool. We love how this complex is small because the pool is never crowded and the grounds feel private even when many tourists are in town. We stayed on the top floor last time which had an amazing view, and even this lower-level unit had a great view of the ocean. We enjoyed many breakfasts and dinners on the screened-in porch thanks to the view! Tarpon Beach worked well for us when we previously visited as a family of three, and it was also great this time when we came back as a family of five. We were happy this unit had the necessary basics for the beach – towels, beach chairs, Tupperware and a cooler. The unit feels very spacious and comfortable, and having a washer/dryer was key for a beach trip with young kids. My constructive feedback for the unit owner is to please get more hooks for the bathrooms and possibly the screened-in porch. A few hooks would go a long way. ???? We booked through VRBO but Cottages to Castles managed the stay. They were incredibly accommodating from beginning to end. Our key broke in the lock, and they had a locksmith come out and fix the issue within 25 minutes or less. We were really impressed with all the rental companies, including Billy’s Bikes and the tent/sand toy company. It was so helpful to have everything delivered and picked up from the complex. The companies made the trip hassle-free from start to finish. We love Sanibel and will definitely come back again! We highly recommend Tarpon Beach.

This condo was fantastic. It was located very close to the beach and the view of the ocean from the balcony and living room is great. Super clean and had everything we needed.

Good stuff: Great location, nice clean unit with plenty of kitchenware (and nice big kitchen). The beach towels provided were great, parking out of the sun, lots of space indoors and we loved the screened in porch. The pool was lovely and the beach access was great. Other stuff: internet was iffy inside, but was only a problem when we had to sign in for work. When I say quiet, I mean it. There were no children during our visit so outside was super quiet also.

We enjoyed our stay at Mariner Pointe 322 despite some issues that arose due a power surge on the island. Sharon, from Cottages to Castles was outstanding in assisting us with these issues, working diligently to insure we would still have a very pleasant stay. Kudos to Sharon!

LOVED our week here! Location was great!! Whether we were headed into town to do something, or headed to the beach, the location made everything easy access! The condo was clean and decorated well! My favorite part of the condo was the screened in porch with the view of the ocean! I spent lots of time on the porch reading and napping!! We can’t wait to come back one day!!

This is a great place to spend a week! Sanibel offers plenty of condo options, but Tarpon Bay is very quiet, convenient and central to all activities. The condo unit was very clean, well-equipped and well furnished. The master bed was extremely comfortable! Highly recommended!

The pictures just don’t do it justice. The condo was beautifully decorated and had all the comforts of home. Just steps away from the pool and the beach while being off the beaten path. Absolutely perfect. Can’t wait to get back there as soon as possible!

We LOVE Sanibel. We have a lot of families that come to Sundial for Spring Break and this is the condo to stay! We had teens with us and it was perfectly spaced for everyone. We had an excellent time on Sanibel and at this property. The condominium was lovely and had everything we needed for a delightful week. We were pleased that the majority of people in the area were adhering to safety protocols which led to a relaxing vacation.

We had a great time staying at this condo on the beach. The location is amazing with easy access to the beach and bike paths. It is a short bike ride to the grocery stores and restaurants. The pool was never very busy and the general community at this location were very kind and welcoming. A great place to stay on Sanibel Island! Can’t wait to return.

We loved our stay. The location was fantastic!

The unit was really nice. Nice view too. Checkin process was a little inconvenient as you have to drive to the office (several miles away) to check in and out. And only key access even though the door has keypads. But not a deal breaker for the lovely place.

We rented from December 26th to January 2nd. Our property was clean and updated. I would not change a thing. The pool was heated and the shelling was awesome. Cottages to Castles was so easy to work with.

We enjoyed our stay at IBC. This was our first experience traveling with our dog and we were pleased to find this pet-friendly unit. Everything was spotless and in working order. The unit was well equipped with all we needed and more. The management company was also great to work with. They communicated promptly about all our questions and are very knowledgeable about the area. Highly recommend!

Amazing view and steps away from the sand. We have stayed 3 different times at Loggerhead Cay. Gorgeous /clean/modern decor, up to date appliances. Loved rocking recliners/sofa. Was clean. Great touches throughout the house. We loved this condo so much we rebooked for 2021.

The condo was spacious, clean and well equipped. The views from this location of the sunrises to sunsets were absolutely beautiful. This was my first time staying at this location and using Cottages to Castles – but will not be my last.

Yes, we traveled to Florida in the middle of the pandemic. The condo offered a great respite from being at home. It was spotless and we had been assured it had been thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. We enjoyed wonderful family time walking the beach, relaxing and riding bikes. Because of the pandemic, we chose to avoid restaurants (although we did make several trips to Joey’s for yummy frozen custard) and found the kitchen to be well-equipped for cooking. We appreciated the updated bathrooms and the overall feel/comfort of the condo. We brought 2 of our own beach chairs and a beach umbrella, however, there were plenty of chairs in the storage unit. While bikes are not provided, we rented bikes from Billy’s and had them delivered. Easy! During the day, the internet was reliable, our college age daughter was able to stream her video lectures. However, we were unable to stream movies in the evening. This is not a game changer for us and we would rent this condo again. We have been going to Sanibel for the past 25 years and Sandpiper is our favorite complex. Easy and user friendly check-in/check-out, friendly staff at Cottages to Castles that were available to answer any questions prior to our arrival. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic week in F320. Condo had everything we needed and is nicely appointed…very relaxing and enjoyable trip.

My family and I stayed at this location for 4 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again. The Property Management staff was very responsive and attentive to needs throughout our stay. The condo is spacious and clean with plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 children + 2 small dogs. The property was clean and had all of the comforts of home. I worked from the condo during the week. The wi-fi was sufficient with minimal connection issues. The storage closet was also stocked with beach toys, chairs, umbrella, etc AND a wagon to transport everything to the beach. I would rate this location a 10/10. No complaints.

This condo is finished beautifully with a beach theme. Absolutely clean and brand new. State of the art appliances. Location in complex gives great beach views. Just perfect. Great location on island. Complex pool is great. Beach is fabulous. Had a wonderful two-week vacation. Will definitely be back. Had booked for one week and decided to stay an additional week, as Covid-19 was unfolding during our stay. We were still able to enjoy the beach, do some bike riding and eat take-out. This was our first trip to Sanibel and we had a wonderful time!! This condo was perfect for our family. It was a super short walk to the beach, we could not have asked for more! The condo itself was in great condition and I called it home, we were so comfortable there. I told my family that I want to come back next year to the exact same unit, but this time I want to stay longer! Tarpon Bay was ideal for a vacation as we could go to a not crowded beach and do pool time when it was empty or had 1-3 other people. With 3 kids it was ideal for bike riding, getting to Bailey’s for groceries, the ice cream store, and best of all Gene’s 2 bookstores. We will definitely be back.

This property is beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything you need. Appliances top notch. Many kitchen gadgets and supplies. The property has a beautiful heated pool. Only 5 minutes from grocery stores.

The condo is in a great location. It is a relatively small complex right on the beach and has a pool. We had a great ocean view from the master and living room and balcony. The kitchen was fully stocked with all necessities. Furniture is comfortable and decor is tasteful.

Everything in the condo was brand new! From the cabinets to the furniture. Great size for the price and perfect location. Our family of 6 loved it (4 little ones). Property management was great as well, easy check in, arranged a high chair for us, 1st class service.

This was our 8th stay in Sanibel and at Mariner Pointe. We just really like the location and the wildlife we see. Working with Cottages to Castles was so easy. We will use them again.

Location is everything and this place is just what we wanted. Serene and natural surroundings. Neighbors were friendly. We got to use the pool, shuffleboard and tennis court to play pickle ball. Each unit has a storage room for beach supplies and I was able to keep my electric bike in the storage room because there was an electric outlet there. The bike trails around this location are the best. The walk to the beach is a very natural setting. The view from the condo is just the best and the condo itself was clean, well decorated and loaded with amenities. I can’t stress enough how clean the place was. We will be back.

Great location for this complex – close to everything on Sanibel and also the option to avoid traffic when going to Captiva. Unit was wonderful with great ocean views, clean and everything we needed in the kitchen. Office staff very helpful as well. Great unit!!!

Loved this place! It’s hard to find a 3-bedroom property on Sanibel but this comfortably fit our family, 1 adult couple, separate adult and 2 kids. The kids loved the den with two twin beds. Cute property nicely maintained with pretty views of the ocean and beach.

Had a wonderful week on Sanibel. Property is just as described. Enjoyed the fishing pier and was visited by dolphins and manatees. Easy to get off and on the island from this property. Definitely would go back.

Miles Away was the perfect spot for an extended stay on Sanibel. Located close to everything the Island has to offer– beaches, bike path, Refuge, CROW, shopping and restaurants. Everything was easy- the house was ready for me and although it was exactly as the pictures and description stated it was still such a wonderful surprise- it was my home away from home. The house was clean and comfortable and any issue- not that there was anything big- Sharon & Amy at Cottages to Castles took care of it almost before I had the chance to send off an email. There are small touches of comfort throughout the house- I could not have asked for more, except hopefully to be able to come again soon.

This was our first trip to Sanibel Island and we couldn’t have had a better time. Sharon with Cottages To Castles of Sanibel & Captiva, Inc. was absolutely great to work with. She was also very knowledgeable about where to eat! The unit was clean up arrival and had all the amenities we needed. They were able to rearrange the cleaning schedule to even get us in earlier than normal check-in. It even included a wagon, chairs, boogie boards and toys all for the beach. We will definitely be back!

We had an awesome time staying at the Island Beach Club.   Everything was wonderful and we truly enjoyed it all.

We love Sundial East. Unit Q-401 is exactly as advertised online. Great view of the gulf. Conveniently located near the elevator. The storage unit had a beach cart, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and other small beach toys. It was wonderful to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Our only issue was with the very slow WiFi connection. We would definitely book this location again.

Loggerhead Cay was the best! Beach fabulous, quiet, friendly family atmosphere development, close to everything, shopping grand, updated unit exactly as pictured. Would rent again, highly recommend.

We can pay no higher compliment to Sharon and Cottages to Castles than to say that F320 really was a home away from home for our week there. The unit felt, to me, surprisingly larger than it appeared in the photographs and easily fit a family of 2 adults and 2 kids with, for a time, 2 grandparents. The unit was invitingly clean and exceptionally well appointed. By this I mean every conceivable item that we could have needed for the week was there, from a fully stocked kitchen (we cooked a lot) to W/D with detergent to basic toiletries in the bathrooms to extra bedding. The storage unit in front of the parking space was stocked with a beach wagon, chairs, kids toys, and beach umbrella. The AV unit includes a large flat panel TV and has subscriptions to Amazon Prime and Netflix through Roku. You can add additional subscription services that you personally might have (we temporarily logged into Discovery Go for example). The AC unit is quite strong. This coupled with the ceiling fans meant a very comfortable stay during a very hot June. The Island Beach Club itself is a wonderful property. Every day was split between the centrally located pool and beaches. The other residents were so very nice to spend a little time with- there’s even an area to grill in, which some other folks took advantage of. The immediately adjacent beach runs along Middle Gulf Drive (inclusive of Tarpon Beach) and its centrality meant pleasant bike rides/car rides to Lighthouse Beach, Bowman’s Beach, and Turner’s Beach/Blind Pass. As a shelling nut, this was pretty important to me! It’s also a convenient bike trip to Bailey’s and the northern reaches of the island. The checkout process was smooth as well, which amounts to being a good steward for any incoming vacationers. We definitely plan on returning in the future- we miss it too much to stay away!

The temperature was perfect. The unit was comfortable and nicely decorated, for the most part it looked as it appeared in the pictures. The condominium building is one of the nicest in Sanibel. The premises were pristine. I appreciated them for allowing us to bring our Yorkie. We love Sanibel!

Everything was perfect! My favorite part of the house is the Master Bathroom window! There was nothing I didn’t like! We tried our best to take good care of it. We had a wonderful Christmas here and had many adventures. The boys filleted their first fish, and I read two whole books. We’ll never forget our time at your amazing piece of paradise ???? Sharon, Amy, and Connie were great at making sure our experience was 2nd to none. We can’t wait to come back next year!!!????

The unit layout and furniture worked very well with two bedrooms and another space that can be closed off as a third bedroom, which would work well for kids/teens and even my adult son’s gaming setup. Nice that they provided beach chairs and umbrellas. Beach view was better than expected given it is towards the back of the building, but it was good. Only withholding one star for slow WIFI. Otherwise, no reservations to rent it again.

***** My family has been coming to Sanibel for over 40 years and have always rotated between the same two gulf side properties. We took a chance and stayed in unit 320F at Island Beach Club and were pleasantly surprised by how much we liked it! Typically we stay gulf front, but this unit was 2nd from the back. The view wasn’t nearly as good as gulf front, but we were pleased by how connected you still felt to the beach while in the unit. This particular condo had just been recently renovated and purchased 3 weeks prior to our stay. There were a few things lacking at first, but as soon as I made management aware, they were rectified. The Cottage to Castles management team were fantastic to work with (shout out to Sharon, Amy, Eric and Connie – thx!!!) We highly recommend this condo and will be back again!

Our 3rd time to Sanibel, but our 1st to Sandpiper, and for 2 weeks! What a grand time we have had, we hate to leave. The accommodations and grounds here are lovely. So many shells we found and are bringing them back to Virginia. As usual, we ate and biked our way along the island, Ding Darling was great. We look forward to returning next year!

We absolutely love this place and want to come back. It is beautifully decorated. The pool is right in front of the building. The ocean is a short boardwalk over the dune. The beach is absolutely perfect. What more can I say. It is perfect.

We stayed in unit 202 and it was fantastic! We had a great view and it was close to the beach and the pool. This was the most fully stocked vacation unit I have ever stayed at!!! Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, sand toys, and the most stocked kitchen ever!! I will definitely book this unit again.

Just say ‘Moo!’ The Cassity Bike Squad! Summer Storm National Selfie Day AND the 1st Day of Summer! Baby Alligator at Sandpiper Beach We enjoyed the condo was very clean, decorated very nice, kitchen was fully equipped with everything that was needed. Sleeps 6 comfortably – the twins had the sofa bed, 15 year old and I took the twin beds and my mother and step dad took the king. It was nice to have a washer and dryer, that way you don’t half to take everything in your summer closet… The screened in balcony was great for sitting at the table in the morning. Gulf was nice, first time for the kids to get their feet in the sand and to see the ocean. Walking on the walk way to the beach we noticed the sign saying Don’t Feed The Alligators -$500 Fine. All through the week the kids kept looking for an alligator and thought the sign was fake… The ocean wasn’t clear – kind of murky, hard to look for sand dollars or shells with goggles, but still fun. Pool was very nice and clean. Rented bicycles from Billy’s rentals – great way to get around on the island going from shops to restaurants. Very clean, quiet, comfortable place for a family to visit. Would stay there again. …On the way out Saturday morning at 5:15am to drop the keys off and head to the airport we finally got to see a baby alligator at the end of the driveway! THAT made the kids end of the sad time smiles return…. Thanks again…..

Excellent spot! We enjoyed our stay very much! We did not realize that we were staying in an apartment building that had a total of 6 apartments until we got there. But it really didn’t matter because it was so nice. The apartment is decorated very nicely. Our king size bed was very comfortable. Our 18 year old son slept on the sofa bed. He did say that it was uncomfortable. Our 17 year old daughter commented that her twin bed was not very comfortable. We really enjoyed the gulf, the beach and the swimming pool. It was great to have the washer and dryer to keep our beach towels and bath towels clean. My husband really enjoyed sitting out on the screened in balcony and reading in the morning. The local grocery store (Jerry’s) had everything that we needed. We enjoyed all of the seashells very much. All of the wildlife was amazing. We had a great time discovering the sand dollars and crabs and other animals. Overall, it was a great, clean, comfortable place to stay. We would stay there again. It was a perfect, quiet place for our family to spend time together and enjoy the Florida sunshine and the beach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our first time in Sanibel and we loved every second. This condo was perfect for our family of 8. The condo was clean and comfortable. It was steps away from the beach and had all of the amenities needed to make it our home away from home for the week. The pool was great as were the grounds-they were kept perfectly. We found the beds comfortable after long days of exploring Sanibel. There were plenty of bike racks for all of our bikes and the covered parking came in handy on numerous occasions. The elevator did break for the second part of the trip which wasn’t a big deal to us but was a little cumbersome for my parents. This unit had a locker with beach chairs and umbrellas and several beach toys my kids enjoyed using. We will definitely be back!

What a wonderful home to spend our time in Sanibel. We rode bikes (thanks for that) saw Ding Darling, ate great food, cooked in, shelled and enjoyed the pool. Just a peaceful and relaxing time. The cabana was a perfect spot to pop in and get a cool beverage, and rinse off in the private shower after being at the beach. We had absolutely everything we needed, and the views were incredible. We loved the beautiful furnishings, and being able to sit on the lanai and watch the sunrise and sunset with a good book is underrated. Thanks so much for sharing your place, and we look forward to returning next year.

Really appreciated how well equipped this unit was. The kitchen had plenty of utensils, cookware, everything we needed for a few dinners in. The bathrooms were very nicely updated fresh and clean. Furnishings were very nice as well. The storage unit in the garage had some beach chairs and an umbrella which, in July, was very much needed. It’s a bit of a walk from the unit to the beach, along a well maintained boardwalk. We were a bit envious of those with wagons for all their gear. A very nice spot.

We had a lovely time in this cozy little house. The beach is two minutes away and its on a bike path and close to Periwinkle Way where there are restaurants, supermarkets and stores. It’s also a short distance from the Causeway. It would have been nice to have had a hair dryer, but not a necessity. Also a larger non-stick frying pan would have come in handy. However, all in all, a charming little house with lots of artistic touches in the form of posters and folk art. We would recommend Windsong to anyone looking for an affordable rental close to the beach and bike path.

Family with 6 daughters- Nice accommodations, enjoyed the beach, shelling and our precious time together.

We are long time renters on Sanibel (30 years) and this is by far the loveliest and most well appointed property we’ve found. This was a great way to kick off my husband’s retirement. Sharon and Kelly were very helpful. We are already looking forward to next year.

Great shelling beach!

We found everything we needed at Island Beach Club the last week in October. The mattress on the king bed is super comfy, plenty of closet space, well-appointed kitchen and utility room. The view of the Gulf is only partially visible from the screened patio, but the breeze was nice and the natural surroundings made it very relaxing.

The beautiful condo and this island getaway was exactly what my family and I needed! While here this week we saw starfish, sand dollars, stingrays, sea urchins, turtles, alligators and more. We also enjoyed searching for shells and playing shuffleboard. So many wonderful memories made that we will treasure forever!

Our family enjoyed our stay at your beautiful condo. Sanibel is just what we needed to recharge.

Thanks for letting us spend time here in paradise. This is what Sanibel really is. The house was amazing, loved every inch of it. After one month here we do not enjoy the thought of going home. Our son Jonah learned how to swim this year, thanks to this amazing pool & pool area. The elder son (which enjoyed the ‘crib’ downstairs) learned how to play the guitar. So this holiday brought a lot of memories. We also had a ball on 4th of July, then we switched the flag on the balcony, went to the parade and celebrated with music, good food and nice people. Would love to come back!

We had an incredible month in Sanibel. We biked, walked the beach and neighborhood, lounged in the pool and upper deck and saw many wonderful sunsets! Your home is lovely and spacious and clearly accommodating to us and our family. the master suite was the best, giving us a place to escape. Thank you for allowing us to stay in this amazing piece of paradise.

We had fantastic time again on Sanibel and your lovely home was a big part of our enjoyment. My husband was in love with the garage and I loved the kitchen and pool! We spent our time walking the beach and riding our bikes. We even rode into Fort Myers this year, traffic and bridge was a challenge, but we had a ball doing it. Hopefully we will be back in Sanibel next year and if your lovely home is available we will be back here. Thanks again!

You have a great management agency- they really went out of their way to accommodate us, we’ve appreciated the extras they furnish (dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash can liners, etc.) and you have so amply furnished the kitchen with everything we needed, as well as very nice towels- even beach towels! Thank you, Eric, for your phone calls to check on our needs and making us feel welcome.

We all had an amazing month in your wonderful house, everything you need and you desire is right there, organized and in perfect place to be used or to be found. The nature is inside the house and you can really relax, just waiting that something happens and surprises you! We loved everything and we all will miss that amazing view. Your house is the most beautiful in the neighborhood and fit perfectly our taste – we are Italian!

We enjoyed biking, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, shelling and over eating! Most of all, we enjoyed sitting in your back yard, relaxing as we watched for dolphins and birds. We couldn’t stop taking pictures! Seeing such amazing sunsets right from your living room – unbelievable! Our last day here was a rainy day, and it was still fun. I won playing Pictionary – you have thought of everything. The binder with advertisements and phone numbers was most helpful. We can’t thank you enough. This vacation was one of a kind. We have had a lovely time in your Point of View house on San Carlos Bay. You have anticipated every possible need within and organized and beautifully decorated house. We have treated it with all the respect that it deserves. Tonight we will enjoy one last gorgeous sunset and will be looking forward to more next March.

EXCELLENT! Truly everything as described and more! Location on the beach and on the the island was perfect. Immaculate furnishings and amenities. Would absolutely recommend to all and will stay here again should we have the opportunity to return to Sanibel!

We are repeaters for this condo, we love it! Have been coming to Sanibel for years. Had to skip a couple, but never mind, we’re back. And plan to repeat! Cottages to Castles always treats us well, better than family! Sharon is terrific! Shelling is better here. Go to the left always. Our favorite places to eat: Cips, Doc Fords, Blue Giraffe. We always get our stuff at Baileys. Check out Gene’s Books. Go to Ding Darling and The Bailey Tract. We’ll be back- always!!

This was our first vacation on Sanibel Island. We enjoyed shelling on the beach, kayaking in Tarpon Bay, and a sunset cruise on Captiva! Amazing fishing right off the pier down at the Lighthouse Beach! Yesterday we saw two large manatees! We also saw alligators, dolphins and many different species of birds. We rented bikes and toured all over the island- so much fun! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

We found Sanibel Island and Sandpiper 202 fantastic for our first visit. The location is ideal, quiet, relaxing, and close to everything! We did a lot of shelling, sitting and reading, walking and enjoying many sunrises at the beach. We also biked, took a shelling cruise, ate at many great restaurants, visited with some area friends and really enjoyed Sanibel Community Church. We took this trip to honor our mom, who loved the beach and died in 5/15. She would have loved Sanibel, as we did!! Thanks for a well supplied and lovely condo. Blessings to you! Lovely relaxing stay at Sanibel. We are in wonder at the quiet here and at how we all were drawn to pick up shells again and again! Beautiful place, very clean and comfortable space. The pool was spotless, the warmest and best we’ve ever been in! Thank you

We had a great time! We went to the Rotary Art Show, enjoyed dinner at Doc Ford’s. Trader’s, Lazy Flamingo, Mucky Duck, Lighthouse Café and Bennett’s for breakfast. We enjoyed back bay fishing with Clarence Reed @ Sea Reed Charters- highly recommend. Our boys took their fresh catch over to Lazy Flamingo where they friend them up-YUM. As for the rest- what happens in Sanibel stays in Sanibel. Many thanks for sharing your home.

Awesome condo! We really enjoyed our stay here. The weather was pretty good and we found tons of seashells. We found that the shop called Love Boat Ice Cream sold really great ice cream (better than DQ) Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful condo, we will definitely be back.

We had great weather and we all had so much fun! We found lots of Conch shells it was so much fun! We love the condo, it is so nice and we really enjoyed the ice cream shop at the pool. We also went fishing and caught lots of fish. We caught Trout big enough to cook so we took it to Lazy Flamingo and they cooked it for us and it tasted really good. We enjoyed the view. Thank you for letting us use your condo.

Great Labor Day weekend. We stay in Sanibel 2 times per Summer- so this is our last trip here until Summer 2016. We really enjoyed your condo. Our family found Baby Puffer fish about the size of your fingernail, many fighting Conch, a Sea Cucumber and of course Sanddollars. We saw 5 Dolphins on our last morning! We enjoyed watching Anger Management. We left 2 Seabeans on the top shelf.

We had a wonderful time! Sorry we had to leave. We will definitely return ???? Sanibel is a lovely place. Great food, wonderful service, and who can say enough about the beach and shelling. You can’t describe it, you have to experience it.

We enjoyed staying here. It was fun! We found some starfish too! Lots of cool shells and I tried my first oysters!

We have only been here 2 days so far and already feels like its been the best vacation our family has ever had. Love the condo and heated pool, morning and evening strolls along the beach. We already have a whole shell collection and can’t wait to get more these coming days. Time has come for us-after a full week sun and fun. It truly was a great week for all of us. The kids enjoyed the pool and ocean waves as well as the bike rides to Captiva. We saw so many great things along the way, but I think dessert at the Bubble Room was BEST! Thank you so very much for having us stay at your hoe, we had a blast. We’ll be back as soon as we can.
